Max's reading
Yesterday Max read the Naughty Ann to us. We liked when the writing went upside down like the boat in the story. We also liked how he read with expression. Great work!

Brain teaser
Can you figure out how many legs this elephant has?
What do you see in this picture?
We could see two different people, can you?
Goodluck :)
Maths work today
Finn, Hunter and James created a whole playground out of shapes!
Kate and Cassie were putting together maths puzzles.
They know that maths is full of patterns and that helped them to solve their puzzles!

Playdough beach
Cassie, Max, Hunter and James were very creative today during reading. They created a beach scene out of play dough. If you look very closely you will spot a person reading the paper and even a birds nest. Super teamwork guys!

Sophie star of the day
Sophie read us The Fidgety Itch. We liked how she read with expression and the book she choose. We all felt a little itchy afterwards!

Insect mobiles continued...
Sophie and Daniel found out lots about wasps.
We have had a lot of experiences with wasps; Sophie, Sam I and Mrs Carmichael have all been stung by one in the classroom!
Cassie's Dad stood on a wasp nest and got stung twice, OUCH!
Kate, Mac and Emily found out that stick insects can grow up to 55 cm long!
Nga and Sam O learnt that ladybugs are a type of beetle.
