Delicious dumplings

Today the junior room and half of the middle room got to make dumplings with Alex, our Chinese teacher.






 
We loved them so much we got the recipe off Alex :)
 
Meat mixture:
- beef mince
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp of cornflour
- 2 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of chicken stock power
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp of soya sauce
- 1 and 1/2 carrots grated
- 6 mushrooms finely chopped
 
Dough:
Combine flour and water until you make a play dough consistency.
 
Roll out a small piece of dough into a circle, put in a tsp of meat mixture and fold over the dough. Fry off in a small amount of oil and then eat when cooked!
